Project Cancellation

Before work starts, a 90% refund is provided. After work begins, refunds are calculated based on progress.

No Refunds After Delivery

Once final files or access credentials are shared, the project is considered completed and non-refundable.

Payment Disputes

In case of payment errors or duplicate transactions, email dydxmultitasking@gmail.com within 3 days.
